When we began the process of negotiating for an older home, we were somewhat at-sea over how to include negotiations for repairs in the contract. It occurred to us that, since you had been so helpful with the refinancing of our present home, you might give us some advice. It was a good decision. You have not only provided us with advice on how to word the real estate contract, but on what difficulties we could face with the underwriters at closing.

Additionally when the seller demanded to see an approval within forty-eight hours, you provided the approval in two hours. That's what I call service!
